In the unlikely event that on your arrival date you have any issues with your landlord or the accommodation presents any habitability problems, you will have 24 hours to notify us through the form that you will receive on your check in date.
Our team will work on the case and provide you all the assistance you need to find a solution.
If after 24 hours from your check in to the accommodation we do not receive news from you we will understand that everything has gone well and we will transfer the first month of rent to the landlord as planned.
